Took my car in because brake light came on. They fixed that and told me I had some bearings that needed to be replaced. Being the first time I went there for a service, I was wary, and asked to get the parts back after they took them off to look at them myself. Not only did they oblige me, they also showed me why the parts were bad right there in the lobby. They also found something they didn't originally quote, but kept the overall price under the previously quoted price. I brought it back in for a wobble I felt while driving recently, they found a tie rod they said they should have caught the first time and are changing it out free of cost.
My car has been repaired correctly the first time, though if it wasn't I'm positive
This place is a joke. They advertised 74.99 for an oil change. Charged me almost 100.00. The most I have ever spent before today was 65 for the exact same oil. Then tried telling me I need tires because they are broke? LMAO....AND 25.00 To change an air filter. Talk about ripoff. I can only imagine how many people they get to fall for bs...BEWARE! As a mechanic who did not have time to do my own oil change I thought a small town dealer would be ok. Just an fyi. My tires are 7/32 and just rotated and balanced a week ago. The air filter was changed about 6k miles back. Surprised they didn't recommend blinker fluid.. lol
I'm losing faith in mechanics in Waupaca. What was a routine oil change turned into a $300 thermostat replacement after leaking massive amounts of coolant after the oil change and being told it was my water pump. The same thing happened to me at the truck stop in Waupaca (that time my block cracked). The owner is a really nice guy but I've lost my faith in this place.
Great honest service at a very fair price. I have been a customer for 10 years now, the ONLY place to go in my opinion. A fraction of the price of a dealership.
We stopped here on our way through because we were having car trouble. They got our car in right away and were extremely helpful and fair. I wish we lived closer so that we could get all of our repairs here!
