If you are looking for a dose of poor customer service & a side of bad attitude, Firefly will provide both. I ordered bouquets, boutonnieres, & corsages for my wedding recently. Although the bouquets looked as I had envisioned them(from a distance), they had white roses in them, which are not only expensive, but the ONE flower I specifically asked to NOT be used(because I dislike roses). The flowers of course didn't make one bit of difference on my big day, but when you pay a lot for a service, you expect to get what you actually asked for.
Fantastic service and great selection of flowers. The people here will help you find what you need and will usually have the perfect arrangement you were looking for.
Customer service here was terrible! I ordered an arrangement and asked for a photo to be sent with my receipt. I made this request multiple times and each time was told by the employee ok. When i follow up and ask for a photo because i hand't received one, I was then told that they weren't able to do that. After the young lady called me back i asked to speak with the owner Jane. In speaking to Jane all she had to say was "I'm sorry" which felt fake and forced and then she also laughed. Very unprofessional and these days with the technology of camera phones and such, I find it very hard to believe that nobody would be able to accommodate such a simple request. I don't believe it is odd to request a photo of an arrangement that one has paid a lot of money for. DO NOT USE THEM. These days when there are so many options for services find someone that actually values their customers concerns! I am upset that I even had to give them one star!

I received flowers a few weeks ago for my birthday. It was absolutely the most beautiful arrangement I had ever seen. Each flower was perfect. The people who sent the flowers were pleasantly surprised with the size of the arrangement, as it was much larger than they anticipated.
