They runied my (woold blend) coat. It needed to be wet cleaned so they called for permission on that, but didn't mention anything else (like how the chemicals and leather don't mix well). The minimal leather trim is no longer there. Needless to say, the coat no longer buttons as they are falling off. I could have done a better job throwing it in the washing machine. I'm extremely disappointed.
