The Waupaca Library is well known for its friendly and helpful staff. The library recently updated its painting and decor and has become more modern and accessible. It is connected to a larger library system and as a patron, you have access to all those collections as well through an online request system. The children's department is very large, the same size as the adult department, and has many things for children to do while visiting, including a early childhood play area, iPads, and lots of comfortable reading nooks. The teen room has a large collection of young adult fiction, non-fiction, video game, and movies along with seating, and 6 dedicated teen computers for internet. There is also an exhibit room (1500sqft) downstairs that houses traveling exhibits, art, history, local and educational pieces for the public to experience.
I enjoy renting movies and the nice staff plus there's a children's area my daughter loves to play in ❤
