If you ever have a chance to stay at the lovely Apple Tree Lane Bed & Breakfast in Waupaca, do not pass it up! We weren't sure where to stay in the area, and found Apple Tree Lane on AirBNB. We kind of went in blind, and weren't sure what to expect... But the room was great, the breakfasts were made with real love & concern for every detail, and the property was also fantastic--long walks down to quiet, romantic seating areas by a river, and really just a wonderful peak at authentic Wisconsin. We could not have been happier, and Kerri was super thoughtful & patient with our busy schedules and changing plans. Get the Crystal Cove Sweet if it's available--but every room looked great. Honestly, just a really quiet, clean, peaceful, wonderful place to stay.
