I will say the young man who gave me my refund was very polite and understanding, no attitude, no excuses, just was trying to fix it. I really appreciated that.
Best customer service ever tonight!!!! Our order got messed up and the manager and cashier fixed it fast and was very friendly! This was by far the best customer service at a fast food restaurant!
Cheap and quick
I have NOT had a single order be correct since 4 years ago. The only reason I go back is because it's my favorite chain for fast food. Takes 30-45 minutes for the simplest orders. They run out of taco meat and sodas constantly, and I've only had one girl there serve me nicely. Definitely needs work.
Without fail I will wait in drive through for twenty minutes (even being the first one in line) or my food will be incorrect/incomplete. I can't believe the horrible service.
My family of 4 stopped for a quick lunch. Ordered two $5 cravings deals and the 3 taco meal (the #8). We waited for 20 minutes only to find out there were still three other customers' orders ahead of us. After we found that out, we were told they were backed up because someone ordered 15 #9 meals. I understand being busy, and that is a large order, but you can't stop serving other customers for one customer. The customer with 15 #9s should be the one to wait, not the customers who ordered normal sized meals.
